( A ) Temperature
Sublimation transfer process requirements to control the temperature within a reasonable range to meet the requirements . Temperature is too low , the sublimation dye sublimation or thermal sublimation is not inadequate , insufficient ink is not transferred or transferred amount , can not be painted or imprinted thin film thickness , blot hair is true , saturation difference . Temperature is too high , the impact of physical and chemical properties of the fabric , likely to cause yellowing of the fabric , the impact of the printing effect ; while the temperature is too high will damage the internal structure of the ink, the ink caused partial decomposition of graphic color deviation .
( 2 ) Time
Transfer time is short, less than the amount of dye transfer , conducive to full time long enough to transfer dye , but also pay attention to a reasonable allocation between temperature and time .
( 3 ) Pressure
Pressure is also one of the important parameters of the thermal transfer process , if the pressure is too small, a large gap between the fabric and the transfer paper , ink, a large number of gas molecules collide with air loss, resulting in poor printing results , but also easy on the fabric ink to graphic boundary diffusion , so that the lines thicker and blurred images ; If the pressure is appropriate , moderate gap between the fabric and iron-on transfers , the amount of the dye in the fabric attached to the surface and spread out in the appropriate ratio of internal fabric , the pattern is clear, fine lines ; If the pressure is too large, prone to image distortion , deformation and the weight of the colored fabric superficial defects , therefore , the control pressure to the fabric to improve the transfer print is very important .
